1. Our Community
These Guidelines apply to usernames, avatars, profile content, invitations, messages, reports and all other player interactions available through Soccer Tactics.
2. Respectful Conduct
Treat other players with respect regardless of their skill level, rating, nationality, language, background or opinion.
Disagreement, rivalry and competitive emotion are permitted. Personal insults, humiliation and repeated hostile behavior are not.
3. Harassment and Targeted Abuse
Harassment, intimidation, stalking and targeted abuse are prohibited.
This includes:
- repeatedly contacting a player who has asked to be left alone;
- following a player across matches or communication channels to provoke them;
- organizing abuse against a particular player;
- threatening, humiliating or deliberately intimidating another person;
- publishing or attempting to obtain another player's private information.
A single serious incident may be treated as harassment even if the behavior is not repeated.
4. Threats, Hate Speech and Discrimination
Threats of violence, hate speech and discriminatory content are prohibited.
Players must not attack or degrade others on the basis of nationality, race, ethnicity, religion, sex, disability, sexual orientation or other personal characteristics.
Attempts to disguise prohibited content through altered spelling, symbols, images or coded language are treated in the same way as direct violations.
5. Offensive and Illegal Content
Content that is excessively obscene, sexually explicit, violent, illegal or otherwise inappropriate for a broad audience is not permitted.
6. Usernames
Usernames must not:
- contain offensive, discriminatory or threatening language;
- impersonate another player, employee, organization or public figure;
- falsely suggest an official connection with Soccer Tactics;
- advertise prohibited services;
- disclose personal information;
- infringe trademarks, copyrights or other third-party rights.
7. Avatars and Profile Content
Avatars and other profile content must remain appropriate for a broad audience.
Profile content must not contain prohibited symbols, explicit imagery, threats, harassment, misleading official branding or material that infringes third-party rights.
8. Spam and Unsolicited Promotion
Spam, repetitive messages, mass invitations and unsolicited advertising are prohibited.
Players must not use Soccer Tactics to promote unrelated products, services, websites, social media accounts, commercial offers or fraudulent schemes.
Repeatedly sending the same invitation or message after it has been ignored or rejected may also be treated as spam or harassment.
9. Fair Communication
Players must not intentionally deceive, pressure or manipulate others outside normal gameplay.
This includes:
- falsely claiming to represent Soccer Tactics;
- attempting to obtain passwords or account access;
- pressuring another player to transfer an account or personal information;
- arranging match results or rating manipulation;
- deliberately misleading another player about tournament rules, prizes or official decisions.
Bluffing and tactical deception that form part of normal gameplay are not violations.
10. Match Conduct
Players must not use communication tools to pressure an opponent into abandoning a match, accepting an unfair arrangement or participating in prohibited conduct.
Competitive frustration does not justify abuse, threats, spam or deliberate disruption.
Leaving a match, exploiting errors, manipulating results and other competitive violations may also be handled under the Official Competition Rules.
11. Account Responsibility
Each player is responsible for the security and use of their account.
Players must not:
- share, sell or lend their account;
- allow another person to play competitive matches on their behalf;
- use another player's account without permission;
- create additional accounts to avoid restrictions or sanctions.
Conduct performed through an account may be treated as conduct of the account holder unless there is reliable evidence of unauthorized access.
12. Reporting Violations
Players are encouraged to report suspected violations in good faith through official reporting or support channels.
A report should contain enough information to identify the incident and should not deliberately omit facts that materially change its meaning.
Reports are reviewed using available evidence, which may include messages, profile content, match records, server logs and account history.
Submitting a report does not guarantee that a sanction will be imposed.
13. False and Abusive Reports
Knowingly false, fabricated or repeatedly abusive reports are prohibited.
A player must not use the reporting system to intimidate an opponent, retaliate after a defeat or attempt to obtain an unfair competitive advantage.
An incorrect report made honestly is not a violation.
14. Enforcement
Depending on the nature, severity and frequency of a violation, Soccer Tactics may:
- issue a warning;
- remove or replace content;
- restrict communication or profile features;
- restrict matchmaking or tournament access;
- temporarily suspend an account;
- permanently ban an account.
Serious violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal without a prior warning.
Repeated violations may lead to stronger sanctions even where each individual incident would otherwise be considered minor.
15. Circumvention
Players must not use another account, another person's account or any technical method to avoid a restriction or sanction.
Attempts to circumvent enforcement may result in additional measures against all connected accounts.
16. Appeals
Players may submit an appeal through official support channels.
An appeal should explain why the decision may be incorrect and include any relevant evidence not previously considered.
Submitting an appeal does not automatically suspend a penalty or restore access to restricted features.
Repeated appeals containing no new information may be rejected without further review.
17. Updates
These Guidelines may be updated periodically to protect players, respond to new forms of abuse and maintain a healthy community.
The version identified by Soccer Tactics as current applies from the date it becomes effective.
Continued use of Soccer Tactics after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
